For that, you'd want to say:

An bhfuil tarraiceáin aige?

"An bhfuil" is the interrogative form of "tá"...you need it because you're asking a question. If you want ot ask if something 'HAS' something, you use the preposition "ag" (at)...literally "is ___ at ____." The masculine/default prepositional pronoun for "ag" is "aige."

It's a good idea to keep a running tally, so people know what questions have been asked/answered, and so we know when the magic numbers of 10 (when a hint can be offered) and 20 have been reached. I'll sum this latest game up so far:

1) Níl se beo (it is not alive)

2) Is féidir leis bheith i roinnt tithe ach ní bhíonn sé i ngach teach (It can be in some houses, but there isn't one in every house)

3) Tá sé níos mó ná cuisneoir (it is bigger than a refrigerator)

4) Tá sé déanta as adhmad, de ghnáth (it is usually made of wood)

The last question asked was "An bhfuil tarraiceáin aige?" (does it have drawers). That question hasn't been answered yet.
