How would you translate this phrase: "In the face of evil take courage." Or you could end it with have strength. Please translate the entire phrase I am out of options! Thank God for your website.!!!!

bflan, a chara,

Take courage, I have a couple translation(s) for you:

'I láthair an oilc, glac misneach'

('in the presence of evil, take courage')

(pron. a LAWhir unn ILK, ,glahk MISHnyukh)

or

'In aghaidh an oilc, glac misneach'

('when confronting evil/when opposing evil, take courage)

(pron. in eye unn ILK, glahk MISHnyukh)

bflan, a chara,

Glad to be of service.

The Internet has made the previously unthinkable possible.

It's small world, after all.

There's no reason why you couldn't learn Irish yourself if you set your mind to it - it doesn't matter how many genrations you're removed from Ireland. There are plenty of learning resources at your disposal.

Beir bua,

Tadhg
