Why do they kick arses? I've never noticed that when I've been in Ireland.

No...that doesn't work at all, because "ciceáil tóin" is singular imperative: "[you -singular] kick ass!" (as in I'm telling you to do it). Conor...Gráinne and I were kicking this one around (so to speak) last night and were having trouble coming up with the statement "Irish girls kick ass" in Irish. Wanna play around with it a bit?
