Céad míle fáilte agat/agaibh le do cafarr pósta, go n-éiri sláinte chugat/chugaibh do láethanta go léir. Go n-éiri beannaithe tú/sibh le bheatha agus síocháin bhfad, go n-éiri sean tú/sibh le soilíos agus saibhreas.

Wait for more input. I'm a beginner.

láethanta - laethanta. No fada.
Go n-éiri beannaithe tú/sibh - I'd be inclined to go for go mbeannaí tú/sibh here.
go n-éiri sean tú/sibh - sean is (99% of the time) an adjective, so that would invalidate this translation. "May you grow old"... sorry, dunno.

I know I seem like a complete bastard, only popping up when there's mistakes.... Don't worry, I'm about to let a few of my own go up for probing. Bígí anseo...

if talking to one of the couple

Céad míle fáilte romhat agus tú le do chiarsúr bainise, go raibh tú sláinte trí shaol na saol. Go raibh tú beannaithe le laethanta fada agus suaimhneas, go dté tú in aois le maitheas, agus le rath.

if talking to both of them

Céad míle fáilte romhaibh agus sibh le bhur gciarsúr bainise, go raibh sibh sláinte trí shaol na saol. Go raibh sibh beannaithe le laethanta fada agus suaimhneas, go dté sibh in aois le maitheas, agus le rath.

I would say it's "go raibh tú slán".

Otherwise, superb as ever. :zustimm:
