It's spelled wrong and the grammar's wonky, but this it what is looks like

agus ciúnas más é do thoil é mar ní thuigeann tú aon Ghaeilge

I'm not sure about the word in italics: it the only thing that seems to fit for me.

What they are trying to say is: "and silence, please, because you don't understand any Irish."

I doesn't seem like the person who wrote this understands much Irish himself.
