A mhuirnín, tá grá agam duit go huafásach maybe? Or perhaps A mhuirnín, tá han-grá agam duit.

Níl mé anseo níos mó, a chairde. Tá IGTF caillte...tachta le fógraí. Feicfidh mé sibh ar an suíomh seo

The "desperate" part doesn't really translate appropriately.

Irish tends to use figurative, metaphorical, allusive phrases like:

A mhúirnín, tá mo chroí istigh ionat. (dearest, my heart is inside you)

Or

A mhúirnín, is tú cuisle mo chroí (dearest, you are the pulse of my heart)
"Tá an saol mór lán den fhilíocht ag an té dar dual a thuigbheáil agus ní thráfaidh an tobar go deo na ndeor."
