By "shine on," do you mean as in "keep shining?" Or would just "shine" do?

If just the imperative "shine!" would work, you might be able to go with:

Lonraigh! (if talking to one person), or

Lonraígí! (if talking to more than one person)

Definitely wait for further input...I'm not 100% sure this works.

If by shine on you mean shine forever you could say
lonraigh go deo

or

lonraigh i gcónaí.
