I agree. Lyd, if you're only 13, you've just learned a few valuable lessons:
1) Write clearly and correctly. Chat speak and emphatic punctuation when not required may cut it with other children, but it doesn't with adults.
2) Treat people with respect, and they will treat you with respect. Treat them like computers and they will control-alt-delete.
3) Maturity is an attribute worth cultivating. Until you have cultivated it a bit more, do not expect to demand and receive help from a group of dedicated, but busy, volunteers.
4) Ask your mom or dad to show you how to use the encyclopedia. It's a useful thing, and you can rave at it all day without it talking back.
