It should be:
Solas an Mheáin Oíche
There's a poem: Cúirt an Mheáin Oíche
"Tá an saol mór lán den fhilíocht ag an té dar dual a thuigbheáil agus ní thráfaidh an tobar go deo na ndeor." Seosamh Mac Grianna, Mo Bhealach Féin

There's a poem: Cúirt an Mheáin Oíche
and it's really naughty! It was banned in Ireland up until quite recently!

Amazing that there were enough people who could read it for it to be banned...

Wasn't there a line about: ag cuimilt a brush. AFAIK, the Irish were quite open-minded and bawdy (as were the English) until the subconscious imperial guilt of Victorian times led to extreme prudery.
That's why people on these islands view continetal Europeans as very "natural" about sexual matters, the whole Victorian thing never happened to them.

Oh they were, of course. From Giraldus Cambrensis on there's a steady stream of complaints and condemnations of Irish sexual licentiousness.
But, throw in the Famine and the "Devotional Revolution," and you get Rome Rule in the bedroom.
