do any of you believe in magic or druids
Tá saol agus bás chomh difriúil le spiorad agus anam.

Magic: Nope

Druids: Well, there were druids long ago: priests of the pagan religions of the British Isles. And there are people who call themselves druids today (though they have no real link to the ancient druids). But do I believe there are real druids today, and do I believe they can do magic? Nope.

Not magic or magick, as commonly understood. I have witnessed a person with paranormal powers though.

in the 17th C they'd have burnt her at the stake. The ability to "turn parts of men's bodies to 'stone'" was considered proof of witchcraft. I shit you not!

Reminds me of a blue law that's still on the books in, I think, Washington State. Technically, it's against the law for a man to sleep with a virgin. Note, it doesn't make any special provision for a virgin he happens to be MARRIED to. I have images of all these women sneaking across the state line to Idaho to get themselves...er...de-virginated before their wedding night! :lach:
