Hi there!

I'm writing a book about a gaelic family tring to keep an ancient evil at bay in a tree and I need possibly quite a few translations for chants/spells from their family spell book. Now, i've just started so the first chant that i've come up with is as follows; May you keep your soul planted, keep your evil root in this tree. Quite simple but, I hope, with your tranlation it will become quite an interesting point in the book. Thanx ahead of time!!

Go gcoinní tú do fhréamhacha plandaíonn siad, go gcoinní tú mifhréam i gcrann seo.
Pronounced: go ginn-EE too do RAY-wahk-uh plun-DEEN shid, go ginn-EE too mih-RAYM ih grann sheuh

sheuh= shoo (oo in book)

I am not completely sure, wait for more people to check.

Go raibh d'anam sáite sa talamh go brách, go raibh do mí-fhréamh sa chrann seo go deo = May you keep your soul planted, keep your evil root in this tree.

Not entirely sure that this conveys the meaning you're looking for.
