Anybody have any major plans for Mother's Day?

I already got my big present (a new 3-in-1 printer, which my hubby is setting up as I type). Tomorrow I'm just going to go to mass, sing a little Handel, then come home and watch the "Queer Eye" marathon...no major ambitions here! Oh yes...and call my mom!

Are there any other moms here, other than me and Corvus?

Not in this context, luv. Not unless you would expect me to say "anyone a mother here other than I?" which is nonstandard.

I got breakfast in bed, a card made on my new printer, and a set of "It's Happy Bunny!" floor mats for my car (they say "Driving Like a Psycho is Fun!" Can you imagine the look on the face of the police officer who pulls me over and sees THOSE in my car? :lach: ).

Wooo Happy Bunny rules! I have "Crazy doesn't even begin to cover it" as a button. ( :verweis: points to rank) I just rang my parents and well the present...was a hand woven purple and emerald cape from the Aran Woolen Mills  Scored big points with that one

As for now, I'm only a mamaí to two cats. The rest is yet to come... *osna* I'm still working on the husband bit :gruebel:

Is there any point being cheeky like that?

We corrected you on your Irish because it was wrong

who cares if people's english is wrong (which it wasn't in this context) - it's the Irish that counts :ja:
