I am searching for a proper translation of the single word 'lucky'. As in, 'I am lucky'.
Any help is appreciated.

There are twowords that come to mind for "lucky" --
ádhúil (AWE-yule) and ámharach (AWE-vuh-rukh) both mean the same thing --> based on the word "ádh" (awe) that means, "luck."
If you want to say "I am lucky," you could say Tá mé ámharach or Tá mé ádhúil
taw may AWE-yule
taw may AWE-vuh-rukh
