hi there.

for my university studies i have to work on the poem "anahorish" by seamus heaney. my professor told me also to focus on the meaning of the word "anahorish". i couldn't find any translation or explanation and maybe you could help me with that.

Anahorish is also a place in Derry, Seamus heaney attended the Anahorish Primary School Derry.

Heaney was born on April 13, 1939, the eldest of nine children, to Margaret and Patrick Heaney, at the family farm, Mossbawn, about 30 miles northwest of Belfast in County Derry.
