About a couple of years ago I asked for help with a translation on a book I have been working on though here but for the life of me I cannot find the thread. Now, I am finally getting up the courage to try to publish it, but I want to make certain that my Gaelic is correct. Anyways, here is the saying I have in the book.
Ni thugann an croi amaideach faoi deara na rudai ata de dhith air go dti go mbionn se rodheanach
I am hoping that it translates out to: "The foolish heart never realizes what it truly needs until it is too late."
Am I right?? Many, many thanks!
