Meanma na hÉireann Spirit of Ireland if you mean the atmosphere or the feeling.
or
Spiorad na hÉireann Spirit of Ireland if you mean a particular ethereal entity that represents Ireland.
The other phrases can also be translated a number of ways depending what you wish to exoress by `spirit`.
