can anybody tell me if there are still any irish dialects left where ph, sh, and th are pronounced not f and h, but something else?

Th is sometimes pronounced ch in the E Munster dialect ie Gaoch> Gaoth for wind. Also in E Munster and Conamara Ó shin is pronounced ó choin

No I mean the German ch sound which is the same as Gaelic ch.
