If you were telling one person to rise, it would be "Éirigh" If you were telling two people to rise, it would be "Éirigí"
No idea how I'd translate that phrase... Maybe "Éirigh agus éirigh aríst go mbeidh caorigh ina míc tíre"? Wait for more replies.

That looks good. Ipersonally would put it as Éirigh agus éirigh arís go nuige a bheas na caoirigh ina mictíre
