Tá mo Chroí ag an gCinniúint

It does depend though on what exactly you mean by "hold".

Thank You. That's what I am having an issue with in translating. Fate is a name. So I am trying to say that he holds my heart or that he has my heart.

Maybe Tá mo chroí i nglac na cinniúna
or Tá mo chroí i dtaisce na cinniúna

If Fate is a name like "Jimmy"

Tá mo Chroí ag Fate.

if you want to use fairefeadha's suggestions then just substitute Fate for the phrase na cinniúna

Although I think they will all look a wee bit odd...
