It seems to be a self-(re)assuring phrase...

Talulah -- I know it's a translation you're wanting; unfortunately my Irish isn't strong enough to help.

A suggestion for a start might be "Is tusa níos laidre" -- you (singular) are stronger than?? DO wait for someone more skilled, though!!!

Here's a suggestion

Tá tú níos laidre ná mar a fhéachann tú, níos cróga ná mar a chreideann tú, agus níos cliste ná mar a cheapann tú.
You are stronger than you look, braver than you believe, and cleverer than you think.

What about - ná mar a dealraíonn tú - for ná mar a fhéachann tú?

That would work as well I'd say, there are any number of ways of saying this.

Just one thing though

....a dhealraíonn...
