Níl in aon rud ach seal - literally there is only a short turn or spell in anything is one way. Or Ní thugann aon rud ach seal literally nothing gives more than a short spell

They both look alright to me. I have seen the second phrase also as
Ní thugann rud ar bith ach seal
And yet another possibility I came across
Ní buan aon ní ar bith

Ní dhéanfaidh aon ní mhaireann go deo (this is what google translator came up with if I put transfer from englist to irish.) This makes me so confused.

To avoid confusion stay away from google translate unless you want a very general and very ungrammatical translation.
