Here is a message received from my mother. Though we have Scottish Highland and Lowland ancestry, I don't know why she thinks I know Gaelic. Anybody feel like helping me out?

Tá mé críochnaithe ar cheann de na turais vinyards sa tír fíon Ohio-PA. Is é mo thionscadal eile a chur i gcrích an dara, agus ansin chun na Breataine Lochanna Faire Medeival bheith i láthair. Bhfuil tú ag aon tionscadail?

I think I can guess what it says but I would like respond specifically (probably in a language she doesn't know)

That is Irish not Scots Gaelic. But it is gibberish for the most part. She used an online translator.
She has finished a trip to the vineyards in the wine country of Ohio.
Her second project is [now this is where I don't know what she means] going to a medieval faire but is it British or Welsh lakes, I don't know ????
Then she asks if you have any projects.
