Hello everybody,

I need some translation of a simple (?) senstence "God, protect me and my family". I'd be grateful if someone could do it.

Thanks in advance!

You'd be grateful if someone could protect you and your family????

A Dhia, bí mar dhíon orm agus ar mo mhuintir.

Would be one way.

Haha :) I've had a lot of laugh :D No, I meant I'd be grateful for translation ;)

Thanks a lot for that.
Isn't there any way to say it shorter? Thats ok if there isn't, but the shorter the better :)

A Dhia, cosain mé is mo mhuintir.
God, protect me and my family.

Go gcosnaí Dia mé is mo mhuintir.
May God protect my family and me.

I prefer the other one in the first post but these work as well, I think.

Thank you very much.

Could you, please, tell me how to pronounce it? Maybe if you could write it in English so that it souds similarly?

1.a yee, bee marr yeen arum agus air me wincher.

2.a yee, cossin may iss me wincher

3.guh gossnee jee may iss me wincher

This is all very approximate.
