Bíonn cuis lena dtarlaíonn sa saol.
There's a reason for all that happens in life.
or perhaps
Tá fáth ann lena dtarlaíonn sa saol
There's a cause for all that happens in life.

The first sentence would mean that there is a reason for each thing that happens in life, the second means that there is one underlying reason for everything that happens.

Cuis vs. fáth...I'd say a draw :)

I am just so confused now, its for a tattoo so i want to make sure its correct. Just dont know whose translation to follow

The first one "Gach rud sa saol, bíonn fáth ann dó" is wrong. It's not very wrong but it is wrong.

kgleoite's is good but it means

"There is a reason for everything in this life"

The two I've given you I explained above.
