I'm fine with that. Grammatically it can be done with or without, but without is what you got on the other site as well (you should realize that some people here are on both sites).

Not really. atá sé tuillte.. is incorrect. It needs to be either Tá sé tuillte ... or atá tuillte....

No, I said earlier on in this thread you'd have to drop the pronoun, as ff says it is tá sé (an ní) tuillte...but if you make a relative clause it is (an ní) atá tuillte...
