my little one and i have been through some big things and i want to post these saying around her room.

"we are safe in this life" - Tá muid slán, sábháilte sa saol seo - We are safe and sound in this life (Conamara dialect, this is not standard Irish)

"Courage" - misneach
"cultivating change" - I need to have more information on what you mean by this phrase, I think I know what you mean, you and your little one want to show that because of the changes you will be ok, or after what you have been through there's relief or a recovery?

Tá biseach orainn - we are recovering
Iompú na taoide - turn of the tide
Iompú chun bisigh - a turn for the better
