The concept of "never" is expressed in Gaelic using "not ever" and usually requires a verb as well, as in "he is not ever here". However, if you are ok with some rephrasing, this would work: fuil, falla, ach deòir sam bith blood, sweat, but no tears [at all] I'm still a learner, so be sure to get input from others, especially for tattoos.
