Today five friends played a performace masquerading as a seisiún, and one of the patrons asked "What is the name of you band?" Having not considered it a band, we had no answer and the button accordion player pointed to the neon sign over his head and said "Fresh Bait." So that became the the joke for the day. But I was thinking, how about "Fresh Bait" in Gaeilge? That might be a good answer to have ready next time.

Close. It's "Baoite Úr." That "h" after the "b" only shows up in certain grammatical situations...it wouldn't be there in a name.
