Here's a try to get it started. Is suáilce í an fhoighne na ndaoine láidre Wait for more opinions. For a tatoo always wait until three have agreed.

That needs to be re-jigged a bit, but you have the right idea: Is í an fhoigne suáilce na ndaoine láidre

I think we established, at one point, that "laidir" could stand on its own as a noun, as "strong" can in English, so perhaps we can dispense with the "daoine" to make this flow a bit more like the English (?)
