The Lord be with you (as in the Mass): Go raibh an Tiarna libh.

The Grace of God be with you: Rath Dé ort.

These in addition to, not instead of, the ones Somhairle gave you.

Go raibh Dia leat (to one person)

Go raibh Dia libh (to two or more)

No? They do it all the time! Roman Catholic priests say the Mass daily, even if no one else is present.

I traveled to a debate tournament once with my debate coach, Fr. Nicholas, and he said Mass for the two of us.
