Bíodh níos lú grá agat di is beidh níos mó grá aici duit Should work, literally: Have less love for her and she will have more love for you. Translation: Love her less and she will love you more.

Wait for confirmation/correction. (I assumed you wanted the phrase to be translated to Irish, by the way, not Scottish Gaelic).

Generally it works best just to lock duplicates with a link back to the original. Merging works best if there have been significant replies to both threads, or if they're separated by several days.
