I am needing a translation for this for a tattoo for my wedding anniversary!! Any and all help is greatly appreciated!!

That's interesting, because I would assume this is not a once only state or a particular instance but something that happens whenever, i.e., every time, the speaker is in that condition, i.e., next to their special person, exactly the kind of situation that does call for the habitual, not .

Bím in aice le Neamh nuair a bhím in éindí leat still gets my vote.

I hope ye don't mind my sticking my nose in, but maybe you could also consider something along the lines of:

Le hais na bhflaitheas a bhímse agus mé le d'ais.
Three should agree on any translation.
