There are many possible words for "family." Taking the broadest, perhaps:

Mo mhuintir thar gach uile ní

I can confirm this. The word that Redwolf used for family can include your extended family. This is usually the best choice for tattoos. There's another word that means family/household, but that's not so good for tattoos because your household can change during your life. There's a third word that refers to your children. If you prefer that, let us know.
