Is "love" a noun or a verb?

Can you specify whether the term is implying that there will be "love between us always" or whether it is "I will love you always".
In any case, these may work:
Beidh grá againn dá chéile i gcónaí. (go deo can replace i gcónaí as the former means always and the latter means forever). We will love each other always/forever. Beidh grá eadrainn i gcónaí. (You can replace i gcónaí again here if you wish). There will be love between us always.
Wait for more.
Await confirmation always, please.

grá go deo...love forever...this will capture what you need to say perfectly.
Ba mhaith liom lámh chúnta a thabhairt d'éinne atá ag foghlaim agus ba mhaith liom déanamh amhlaidh mé fhéin.
