Hi :)

I need to ask a small favour, I'm currently writing a disseration in Translation Studies and I'm looking to contact poets/writers who would be happy to answer a few questions regarding the translation of their work from Irish to other languages.

If anyone here could point me in the right direction, in terms of which writers to contact, how to contact them or even to another message board/website that might be useful I'd be extremely grateful!

Thanks for your time

Try contacting the Irish department in St. Mary's University College, Belfast - they'd have a few contacts.
I am only a beginner trying translations so I can improve, please wait for corrections.

Or try one of the Irish language publishers. They should be able to give you some contacts.Coiscéim , in Dublin, is one that comes to mind.
