'Twould have to be "laistigh de do ghrá", I'd think. And "luíonn" is awfully Englishy... Perhaps: I do ghrása atá mo shlanú. (Or more simply: Do ghrása mo shlanú =Your love is my salvation) But request confirmation or alternative/better versions.
