Family can be 'Muintir' and 'Clann'; 'Muintir' covers your family in a broad sense, while 'Clann' generally means your kids/offspring.

Justice can be 'Ceartas' and 'Cóir', though I'd see 'Cóir' more often.

There are also two ways of saying 'and', 'agus' and 'is'.

So Family and Justice would be your choice of:

Muintir/Clann Agus/Is Cóir/Ceartas.

There's also "teaghlach," which is "family" in terms of your household...in modern terms, your immediate family (depending on your age, perhaps, either parents and sibs or spouse and kids).
