What is “These are the days” in Irish Gaelic, i want to use it on a tattoo.

I’m looking for verification on two things. From what I think I know, faoi cheangal translates to “bound” in english, as in two people that are tied together. I need to know:

A) Is this Irish gaelic or Scottish?

and

B) What is the proper pronunciation for this? If someone could spell it phonetically, that would be excellent.

I’ve been told the irish equivalent of “raining cats and dogs is “ta se ag caitheamh sceanna greasai” ..what does Sceanna greasai (with a fada over the “i”) mean?
