Please translate the following for me:
Until God shall separate us
Truth
Justice
And Shephards we shall be for Thee my Lord for Thee
Seven Thou shall not

I keep finding different translations in Irish Gaelic on different translation sitesfor these words/phrases. How do I know which is true? I know there are regional dialects but not sure that would change the words perhaps only the order of the words right? Thank you!

Aequitas only means justice within the ranks, or EQUALITY. If you want justice as in someone coming to justice you would use the word iustius.
