There are three Gaelic languages: Irish, Scottish Gaelic, and Manx. Usually when people say “Gaelic” they are referring to the Scottish one. However, older people in Ireland tend to refer to Irish as “Gaelic”, so it can get confusing.

This forum is for Irish, and although we can often get the gist of something written in Scottish Gaelic, we can’t really do translations in it. If you want Scottish Gaelic, here is a forum you can try. It’s not as active as this one, so you may have to wait a little longer for a translation:
